MASH Season 4 was the fourth season of the popular American TV series MASH. The season premiered on CBS on September 12, 1975, and concluded on February 24, 1976, after airing 24 episodes. It continued to follow the lives of the staff of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital stationed in Korea during the Korean War.

Some notable episodes from this season include "The Late Captain Pierce" where Hawkeye and his friends mourn the death of a fellow soldier, "Welcome to Korea, Part 1" where new characters are introduced, and "Dear Mildred" where Radar writes a letter home to his mother.
